ABOUT ME

My name is Diaz. I’m a photographer, model and creative based in East London, with Cypriot, Egyptian, Jamaican and English heritage.

Art has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up surrounded by music, particularly classical and jazz, and spent my childhood playing piano, violin, clarinet and guitar, as well as discovering my own voice. I was also introduced to modelling and acting at a young age, which helped me develop confidence both in front of the camera and creatively.

I’ve always been curious, and I like understanding the different sides of the creative process rather than limiting myself to one role. Over the years, that curiosity has led me through photography, modelling, behind-the-scenes content, production and creative direction — building a varied skill set that influences the way I approach my work today.

My love for photography and the studio process has grown with every set I’ve worked on. Whether I’m behind the camera, modelling, shooting BTS or working in production, I love being in environments full of creative people bringing ideas to life.

Alongside my creative work, I’m the founder of STNR, a growing wellness and lifestyle project centred around ritual, creativity and community. Building STNR gives me another space to bring together the different things I love — from photography and visual identity to events, products and storytelling. I also create much of the photography and visual content for the brand, which you can explore on the STNR website.

I’m constantly learning, experimenting and adding new skills to my roster. I don’t think I’ll ever want to do just one thing — and that’s exactly how I like it.
